Process Purchases Order, support
Sales Staff, and handle Customer Request;
Prepare documents related to Customer and business activities including Quotation, Purchase Order, Contract, the supporting documents for payment;
Work with Customer/ Supplier to negotiate contents related to Contract, Price, Terms and Trading Conditions;
Plan to carry out the content of the ongoing projects worked with Partners and Customers;
Coordinate with the related departments to synthesize order information, support Logistics including transportation, forwarding;
Prepare project documents and reports as required, under the guidance of Sales Staff;

You will play a key role in handling customer's inquiries, resolving issues, providing proactive outreach and managing complaints.
This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects from concept through production.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant field;
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
Prefer in technical, industrial, automation field.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Presentation, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Understand customer psychology.
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good understanding of the market and products in the industry.

Based on Candidate's experience and ability, Gross salary is from VND 9,000,000 to VND 12,000,000 per month
13th month salary;
