AREA: UNIVERSITY PARTNERSHIPS / OPM DEVELOPMENT
Responsibilities:
• Map, segment per Scala criteria, and network with all potential university partners - building relationships and conducting negotiations at the highest level of each university - Rector, Academic Vice-rector, Technology Director, Online education Director, etc.
• Drive OPM (online program management) solutions within in the target country / region culminating in new university partnerships for SCALA.
• Orchestrate custom solutions lifecycle management from concept to delivery.
• Build a business plan to help launch and grow the University's online programs (portfolio, technology, content, virtualization, investment).
• Coordinate with various internal team to develop a plan - Leadership, Finance, Dean, IT, and Contract.
• Help to determines customers' needs and desires by working directly with key clients, capability leadership, and specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
• Responsible for defining the road map for the products and solutions.
• Ensure solution delivery capabilities exists or quantify the path, processes, and investment necessary to building or enhancing delivery.
• Oversee competitive and market research and analysis as they relate to existing and developing solutions.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
