Head of a company's sales department. Lead the sales team by developing and implementing sales plans to increase the company's profit and motivating their employees to hit these sales goals.
Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Director/Sales Manager position in ERP software companies or EdTech industry;
  • Must master the processes of a company (sales, purchases, stock management, accounting, human resources,...)
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to achieve common goals.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Being dynamic, confident and able to present effectively in front of different types of customers as well as the managers.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Set sales targets and objectives in collaboration with executive leadership.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes excellence and achievement. Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team, ensuring they meet individual and collective targets.
  • Revenue Generation: Lead the sales team in acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships. Drive the negotiation and closure of strategic partnerships and large-scale deals. Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and addressing concerns promptly. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Implement and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the sales strategy. Regularly analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Prepare and present comprehensive reports to the executive team.
