A. OBJECTIVES
-Support Sales and Account teams as a technical advisor during customer engagement.
-Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
-Prepare and respond to RFIs/RFPs and technical proposals.
-Coordinate between
Business Development and Engineering teams.
-Ensure smooth handover from pre-sales activities to project implementation after contract award.
B. FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
-Coordinate site surveys and provide technical consulting, system design, and solution proposals based on customer requirements and technical standards.
-Prepare technical documents including BOM, drawings, diagrams, rack layouts, and tender submissions.
-Support technical issue resolution during design and project implementation; assist Sales in customer consultation when required.
-Research and update new products and solutions to support business development.
-After project award, review BOM, finalize project documents (drawings, SOW, schedule, etc.), and handover to related teams.
-Monitor project progress and support variation orders or technical changes when required.
-Support troubleshooting and issue checking after project completion.
-Submit weekly reports and perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
-Other tasks as required from the Manager.

• Age: form 25 - 35 years old
• Good command in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,...)
• Can read drawing in CAD is a plus
• Graduated from College and above
• Understanding about Cable Network, M&E, IT Infrastructure and other IT systems.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
• Finishing tasks from
Business Development Manager/BOD.
