Key Responsibilities
1.
Business Development & New Customer Acquisition
Identify, target, and develop new customers in the fields of R&D outsourcing, product design, testing, and industrialization services.
Drive lead generation and opportunity qualification through market research, networking, and direct engagement.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline focused on new customer wins.
Promote Cicor Vietnam's engineering and R&D competencies to prospective clients domestically and internationally.
2. Account Development (Add-ons)
Manage and grow selected existing customers by identifying add-on projects and engineering extensions.
Collaborate closely with existing key accounts to offer additional value-added solutions and services.
3. Sales and Commercial Execution
Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and project offers in collaboration with engineering teams.
Lead technical discussions and support contract negotiations to close deals effectively.
Ensure smooth project handover and alignment with delivery teams.
4. Customer Relationship & Market Intelligence
Build long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers in target markets.
Gather and report market insights, competitor activities, and customer trends to support strategic planning.
Represent Cicor at trade fairs, conferences, and customer meetings when required.
5. Internal Collaboration
Work closely with R&D, Testing, and Manufacturing teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely project execution.
Cooperate with Global Sales and Key Account Managers in Europe and Asia to leverage Cicor's worldwide network.

Qualifications and Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Electronics,
Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
technical sales, business development, or key account management within the EMS, R&D, or electronics design services sector.
Proven track record in acquiring new customers and developing long-term business relationships.
Technical Competencies
Good understanding of electronics design, embedded systems, testing, and product industrialization.
Ability to communicate and translate technical solutions into business value propositions.
Familiarity with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFT (Design for Testing) is advantageous.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Vietnamese (German is a plus).
Strong analytical thinking, self-motivation, and result orientation.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
