Job Responsibilities
Business Development• Identify and develop new customers in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and construction sectors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, EPC companies, M&E contractors,
developers, industrial parks, factories, and distributors.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare and implement sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
Sales Activities
• Promote company products and solutions to customers.
• Conduct product presentations and technical introductions.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and tender documents.
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up on project opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers.
• Provide timely support and solutions to customer inquiries.
• Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
Reporting
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer and project records in the CRM system.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Supply & Drainage Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, pumps, HVAC systems, water treatment, M&E, construction materials, or related industries.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, factories, industrial parks, or project-based sales is highly preferred.
Skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Basic technical understanding of pumps, motors, HVAC, water treatment, or industrial systems.
• Good presentation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Language
• Vietnamese: Native level.
• English: Good communication skills (written and spoken).
• Chinese language ability is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Willing to travel for customer visits and project meetings.
• Strong teamwork spirit and professional attitude.
