Your Role:
As a Sales Engineer, you'll be the bridge between technical solutions and customer needs. You'll identify new business opportunities, provide expert consultation, and drive revenue growth across your assigned region and industry.
What You'll Do:
• Identify and develop new customer relationships in your assigned territory
• Maintain and grow existing accounts using our CRM system
• Manage the full sales cycle: quoting, negotiating, contracting, and post-sale follow-up
• Prepare bidding documents, conduct site surveys, and propose technical solutions
• Ensure CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Support customers with warranty issues and technical concerns
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Report regularly to your team leader on sales performance
• Collaborate on other tasks as assigned by your department head
Your Impact:
• Develop new clients and manage existing ones
• Lead full sales cycle and technical consultation
• Prepare bids, contracts, and support warranty issues
• Meet targets and report performance
Yêu cầu
• Male/Female, aged 22-30
• College or university degree
• 1-3 years of experience in industrial automation or related B2B sales
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, especially customers related to Oil Gas &Petrol, Energy, Heavy industry.
• Willingness to travel frequently and for extended periods
• Strong teamwork, curiosity, and a growth mindset
• English or Chinese proficiency and a driver's license are strong advantages
• Energetic, honest, quick-thinking, and solution-oriented
• Age 22-30, college/university degree
• 1-3 years in industrial automation sales
• English/Chinese and driver's license preferred
• Willing to travel, team-oriented, and curious
