• Identify and develop potential B2B customers; build relationships and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Introduce and sell products/services, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
• Maintain customer relationships, provide technical support and recommend product/service improvements.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to propose improvement initiatives.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, analyze data, and recommend business strategies.
• Participate in training/workshops to enhance technical and sales skills.
• Report directly to the
Sales Manager and perform assigned tasks.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's/College degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (industrial equipment, chemicals, or high-tech products preferred).
• Proficient in English
• Strong communication, negotiation, quick learning ability, and interest in technology.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
