1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies for proactive events (corporate events, exhibition, conferrence, wedding...)
Monitor sales metrics and ensure targets are met
Identify and capture new market opportunities
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Act as the main contact for clients during event planning and execution
Ensure high customer satisfaction
3. Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present sales reports to the Director of Sales - Proactive
Use data to drive strategic decisions
4. Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing proactive sales events,
Coordinate with other departments for seamless event operations
Ensure events meet Wynnley's quality standards.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field
Experience: 02-03 years of sales management in hospitality
Proven leadership and sales track record
Strong event planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Data-driven decision-making ability
Strong organization skills
