- In charge of business development of agricultural products such as rice, corn, peanuts, green beans of the company.
- Organize market research and survey to build product distribution channels: Survey market prices, (supermarket channels, convenience stores, traditional channels: markets, restaurants, ...).
- Working with the Business Development Department to develop a plan to sell and consume agricultural products into distribution channels in the market.
- Searching, evaluating customers, tracking order processing, analyzing sales data.
- Prepare and follow up sales contracts with customers. - Organize sales, control distribution, transport and delivery.
- Coordinating with departments to organize production and business plans for goods, from which to plan to consume and sell products to the market.
- To be responsible to the Head of Business Development Department for sales support for the channel in charge, to plan short-term and long-term Trade Support Programs (HTTM) to promote sales and image in the channel.
- Support to build sales tactics programs in the channel.
- Collaborate with Marketing to build a uniform image in the channel and promotional programs.
- Create forms to control and evaluate the effectiveness of promotion programs. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.

- At least 5 - 10 years of experience working in a similar position in the food industry or the company's products.
- Having practical working experience such as business development, market sales, import and export...
- Professional knowledge of business, distribution channels
- Experience in the food industry is preferred
- Good communication, ability to persuade/negotiate, Sales
- Blood and fire, not afraid to move
- English communication (required)
