Mô tả công việc
We are seeking three (03) highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team.
1. Sales Executive (Small Appliances): in charge products Microwave Oven Dishwasher, Vacuum Cleaner (Channel Dien May Xanh)
2. Sales Executive (HE): in charge products Tivi, Speaker
3. Sales Executive (IT): in charge products Laptop, monitor, projector
Responsibility:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Implement PSI strategies to optimize product availability, sales performance, and inventory management.
• Analyze sales data, update market trends, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Work with the Marketing team to generate and implement sales programs and marketing activities.
• Manage the sales cycle, including order processing, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.

Requirement
Yêu cầu công việc
• A university degree in Economics Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, networking abilities, negotiation and customer persuasion skills
• Product presentation skills and data analytical skills
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficient in English and computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
For Sales IT product:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT business sector, with experience in the laptop segment being a significant plus.
• Experience in project-based fields, especially in IT/electronics, is highly beneficial.
For Sales Small appliances, HE
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Consumer Electronics, preferably in small appliances/home entertainment (consumer electronic) environment.
• Familiarity with key account management principles and the ability to support the Team Leader in managing and developing relationships with key accounts.
• Basic understanding of PSI (Purchase - Sell - Inventory) strategies and their impact on sales performance and inventory management.
• Strong communication, networking abilities, negotiation and customer persuasion skills
• Product presentation skills and data analytical skills
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team
