Your job is to find new customers in potential markets such as UK, France, USA, Japan, India, Australia, Denmark ... through channels such as Google, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram ...
Plan and implement communication campaigns to customers by Email Marketing, Send Postcards. Invite customers to Vietnam to visit the showroom to see our high quality products with their own eyes.
In addition, you must also maintain good relationships with existing customers to promote sales.
Use a CRM (customer relationship management) application to manage existing customer lists, update communications, and track the conversion progress of potential customers.
Yêu cầu
Experience in sales (priority given to candidates with experience in the ceramics, interior design/furniture, or handicraft industries).
Proficient in using CRM, ERP tools, and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot to support work and improve performance.
Strong English communication skills and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
