Sales Executive (English & Chinese)

Salary up to $1800/month awaits! We are recruiting Sales Executive (English & Chinese, ID19539) for a foreign-invested company
Business Development and Customer Communication:
Develop new customers and maintain existing ones to expand product sales; respond to customer inquiries and negotiate product details (such as printing processes, pricing, and delivery schedules).
Sample Management:
Coordinate the production of print samples; ensure that sample materials meet color and pattern requirements; send samples to customers for confirmation and follow up on their feedback.
Order Tracking and Production Coordination:
After customers place orders, convert clear process requirements (such as patterns, placement, and colors) into production instructions; monitor the production progress of the entire order to ensure on-time delivery; coordinate and resolve any printing or embroidery quality issues that arise during mass production.
Pricing Management:
Conduct price evaluations or coordinate with the technical department to analyze costs; prepare quotations and send them to third parties.
Data Management and Supplier Management:
Organize and store all customer information, order information, printing prices, and other data, while also developing a database.
