Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our freight forwarding business and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new customers (freehand sales) and generate new revenue in line with the approved sales budget plan.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnership and sustainable revenue growth.
• Follow up on all sales leads from HQ and the network development team.
• Provide customers with shipping solutions, quotations, and service schedules tailored to their logistics needs.
• Monitor service performance and market competitiveness of shipping lines, carriers, and airlines; evaluate and recommend suitable partners to the Manager.
• Collect market intelligence and contribute to
business development strategies through weekly/monthly sales meetings.
• Submit all required sales reports accurately and on time.
• Achieve KPI targets assigned by the Manager in alignment with company business objectives.
• Gain valuable exposure to dangerous goods, chemical cargo, and tank container logistics.
• Support other sales-related projects and tasks as assigned by the Manager.
