1. Job summary: Local sales in Mekong Delta area. Candidate is based in Can Tho city
2. Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for sales performance of Distributors and dealers within the assigned territory.
• Manage and maintain relationships with customers (Distributors, dealers, contractors, ...).
• Develop and expand distribution channels in the assigned area.
• Collect and analyze market and competitor information.
• Propose sales plans or promotional programs to drive sales performance and expand the
distribution network in the assigned territory.
• Prepare work plans and complete weekly/monthly/yearly reports.
• Manage and maintain the Company's brand image.
• Support in resolving customer complaints within the assigned territory.
• Propose and monitor discount and promotional programs for all customers in the assigned
area.
Yêu cầu
• Over 3 years experience in Agriculture Machinery
• Bachelor's degree or College degree. Candidates with a major in Agriculture Machinery are
preferred.
• Over 3 years experience in sales of agriculture machinery (diesel engine & power tiller) is
preferred.
• Good understanding of the market, with strong consulting and persuasion skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Good planning and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel for business trips within assigned provinces.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with other departments.
• English communication skills are an advantage.
