We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to support business growth within the China market from our Vietnam office. The ideal candidate is a China national currently residing in Vietnam, or a local vietnamese sales professional with strong Chinese language proficiency, with existing client resources - particularly Chinese companies operating overseas - and experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales. This role focuses on
business development, relationship management, and cross-border logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients, partners, and agents, especially companies with overseas operations.
• Leverage existing client networks to drive new business opportunities and expand market share in the China outbound logistics segment.
• Promote and sell logistics solutions including FCL/LCL shipments, NVOCC services, container leasing, and integrated freight forwarding services.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure new accounts and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contracts with customers and service providers.
• Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within China-related logistics trade lanes.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management review.
• China nationality with current residency in Vietnam preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, NVOCC, shipping, or logistics.
• Existing client resources and business network, particularly Chinese companies with overseas branches, will be a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of international shipping procedures, container logistics, and freight operations.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required; proficiency in English is necessary, and Vietnamese is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is preferred.
