I. Roles and Responsibilities - Sales Staff
As a key member of our Sales team, you will contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver effective logistics solutions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:

Business Development: Identify and approach potential customers to expand the company's client base and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Consultative Sales: Understand customer requirements and propose suitable logistics and freight forwarding solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and provide professional support throughout the service process.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with Operations and other internal departments to ensure smooth execution of shipments and high service quality.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support the company's sales strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Transportation, Logistics, International Business, or related fields is a plus.
• Candidates with experience in logistics or freight forwarding are strongly preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential and a passion for logistics are also welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills in English.
