The Sales Executive - Masterpiece Series role will support and develop sales primarily in our export markets, with the flexibility to contribute to domestic sales as needed. You'll work closely with senior
sales staff to manage inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, establish relationships, and help move opportunities from first contact to closed order. This is a hands-on learning role for someone early in their commercial career who wants to build a foundation in international B2B sales within the building materials and interior products industry. This role involves a steep learning curve, with significant time dedicated to mastering our product range, export processes, and international markets.
● Develop deep expertise in our product range and applications to act as a trusted, consultative sales advisor - guiding clients toward the right solutions for their projects rather than simply taking orders.
● Establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients, distributors, and project partners across export and domestic markets.
● Respond to inbound inquiries from export (and, where required, domestic) customers in a professional and timely manner.
● Prepare and follow up on quotations and sample requests under the guidance of senior sales staff.
● Maintain accurate customer records, inquiry logs, and pipeline updates in the company's CRM systems.
● Support the sales team in preparing product information, presentations, and price proposals for clients and trade fairs.
● Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, documentation) to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
● Assist with export documentation basics and liaise with the logistics team on shipping schedules and container planning.
● Help research and identify potential new markets, distributors, and project leads.
● Represent An Cường professionally at exhibitions, customer meetings, and showroom visits when required.
