Job Description
Our client is a multinational compan, now looking for a Sales Executive ( Mechanical parts, $ 900, ID20041)
Customer Relations: Maintain and expand the existing client base through personalized service and dedicated relationship-building plans.
Business Development: Scout for new business opportunities and present tailored product solutions to potential customers.
Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends and customer requirements to provide "win-win" quotations and proposals.
Supply Chain Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers to track order progress and guarantee on-time delivery.
Performance Management: Monitor personal sales progress, handle customer inquiries/complaints, and ensure timely payment collections.
Strategic Reporting: Prepare weekly reports and long-term action plans to optimize sales performance.
Requirement
Male/Female. Under 40 years old.
University graduate, ideally in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.
At least 3 years of experience navigating the sales cycle for technical components.
Must have hands-on experience in manufacturing sales where products are tailored to customer blueprints (Custom-made components).
Proficiency in English.
High determination and a result-oriented approach, with the stamina to follow up and close deals in a challenging market.
