Key Duties:
Sales
Generate daily sales calls and visit daily existing and potential customers.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations, and any other related demonstrations relevant to the products to sell.
Perform analyses of existing and potential customers' needs and offer solutions that address their needs.
Prepare and calculate standard offer/quotations based on identified customer needs in line with company's standards, rules and regulations or as directed and submit for approval.
Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions in close coordination with the functional manager and in line with company's standards, rules and regulations or as directed.
Contribute necessary information for prompt order registration and commercial handover to local and Procurement Center (PC) order processing.
Conduct regular sales planning and report it to the functional manager.
Market Research
Forecast, analyze, and report to the functional manager market potentials, trends (innovations), customer needs, interests and problems and appraise customer segmentation and competitor activities including information on cross country investments of customers.
Decide on individual customer focus based on goals defined by the functional manager.
Business DevelopmentMake suggestions for and support the organization at local fairs, seminars and conferences.
Make suggestions for expansion of the portfolio based on customer needs
Attend local and international company fairs.
Relationship Management
Make contact and promote good relationships with existing and potential customers as well as with suppliers.
Build and maintain strong and sustainable relationships with customers by emphasizing the company's comprehensive industrial solutions.
Find solutions to customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Represent the company to the public, key stakeholders, and partners to ensure a good reputation.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Pharmaceutical or a related field. Additional technical knowledge or experience is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Industry exposure in printing is a plus
