 Ensure that Sales stars always provide a courteous and professional service.
 Ensure that Sales stars have a complete understanding of and adhere to the An Lam brand
rules and regulations.

 Devise effective solution to team issues.
 Give frequent feedback and recognition when Sales stars do well.
 Empower stars to perform their jobs.
 Ensure that stars are selected, trained, evaluated and rewarded in compliance with existing star
management system.
 Encourage stars to suggest ways to improve their performance.
 Provide coaching and counseling sessions to stars when needed.
 Work closely with the S&M trainer and with all HOD's and identify training needs of stars.
 Assist and support the S&M trainer in preparing and conducting training.
 Facilitate trainings when required.
 Ensure self and team members attend mandatory and other training programs by allocating
dedicated training time.
 Ensure consistency of training across the Sales team.
 Build an environment that fosters career development for every stars
