Mô tả công việc
Type: Outsource - 1 year contract
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up service contract to selected existing customers (calibration, preventive maintenance service contract)
- Complete monthly or annual contract renewal cycle to ensure high retention rate.
- Create selected quotes and ensure timely follow-up
- Follow up service marketing campaigns
- Invite e-seminar, onsite seminar, and administration
- Urgent response to customers when sales rep not in the office to ensure quality service
- Proof reading (campaigns, product pages, landing pages)

- - Fulfil KPIs setting
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Business)
- English: read and speak basic English
- Sex: Female
- Computer skills: Ms. Office
- Experience: Prior telemarketing skills is preferred but not compulsory
- Competencies:
o Good telephone and communication skills - is professional and can speak confidently over the phone
o Not afraid to talk to people from all walks of life and must enjoy speaking to people
o Good Interpersonal skill
o Consistent worker and management of assigned tasks and schedule
Key Relationships
- Internal: Marketing team, Sales team, Financial and Administration team
- External: Customers
