Mô tả công việc
1. NEW CUSTOMERS:
Utilize various channels to gather customer information, forming a database of potential clients.
Proactively reach out to potential customers identified through self-searching or the hotel's data system, introducing services and exclusive offers.
Send service details via email for customer reference and promptly address inquiries received via email, call, zalo, etc
Apply sales techniques to negotiate and convince guests to utilize the hotel's services.
2. TAKING CARE OF NEW AND OLD CUSTOMERS:
Caring for both new and existing customers.
Providing timely support and addressing customer requests and complaints promptly.
Monitoring contract expiration dates to encourage contract renewal.
Actively sharing promotional offers with existing customers to encourage repeat service usage.
Facilitating contract renewals with returning customers who wish to engage with the service again
3. CONTRACT IMPLEMENTATION:
Following contract closure, sales personnel collaborate with relevant departments to ensure contract implementation aligns with customer requirements.
Facilitating the contract settlement process and assisting the accounting department in debt collection efforts.
Collaborating with the Marketing department to devise and execute holiday and Tet incentive programs, customer appreciation initiatives, and the introduction of new products and services to attract customers.
Generating regular work reports as needed.
Actively participating in department meetings, providing guest feedback for effective problem-solving.
Implementing the business plan as required.

Working location: Dist.1, HCMC
From 2 years of experienced in the hospitality business (hotels or service apartments) as a sales professional.
Bachelor's degree of related professions.
Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
Business-related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs.
Ability to analyze, quantify, solve problems well, good judgment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
Good in writing reports and presentations
Be progressive, be highly responsible, to be aware of service, with stand high pressures.
