Engage and expertly assist customers within the showroom environment, providing comprehensive support from initial inquiry through to order completion and final shipment.
Prepare and process precise commercial documentation, including quotations, product samples, formal sales orders, and related paperwork.
Coordinate proactively with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to meticulously track order progress and enforce delivery schedules.
Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing prompt, professional, and effective ongoing support.
Facilitate and represent the company in marketing initiatives, including trade shows, industry exhibitions, and strategic product presentations.
Maintain highly accurate and organized sales records, customer databases, and associated documentation.
Yêu cầu
Education: College or University degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade (Export-Import), or a closely related field.
Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, demonstrating confidence in both verbal communication and professional business correspondence.
Key Competencies: Highly proactive, responsible, and exceptionally detail-oriented, with a natural ability to excel in customer-facing scenarios.
Technical Skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience within the ceramics, home décor, furniture, or international export industries is considered a distinct advantage.
