Responsible for sales activities, marketing initiatives, and regional supply & demand (S&D) management in Vietnam for feed ingredients such as soybean meal, corn, wheat, PKE, FSBM, and others.
• Support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and develop customer relationships; contribute to attracting new clients by maintaining and enhancing marketing activities.
• Directly oversee sales accounts for assigned customers; build value propositions, strengthen partnerships, and closely monitor buyers' demand to ensure effective and timely sales actions.
• Report and analyze sales performance and market intelligence to assess market dynamics, optimize business decisions, and monitor customer database and behavior.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth, high‐standard deliveries that exceed customer expectations.
• Contribute to branding development and strengthening market presence.
• Identify, evaluate, and propose potential business opportunities to expand market share and increase profitability.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 2 years corresponding position experience at multinational companies. Experience in trading company is an advantage.
• Fluent in English verbal, writing and reading.
• Fluent with MS. Office, especially Excel, familiar of SAP.
• Knowledge at shipping and commodities execution.
• High energy and positive attitude are the must.
• Possess strong personality skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Improve company's outcomes by making data-driven decisions, keeping the customer at the forefront of all they do, and proactively gaining insight into company strategy.
• Collaborate, effectively communicate with others and take initiative to continually develop themselves
• Pursue opportunity to solve problem and take action while maintaining the ability to manage work, event in times of challenge or change.
