This position is responsible for production management and customer/factory support for UQ's business operations, with the potential to become a key local talent for future
business development.
Primary Job Functions:
• Manage production progress, quality, and delivery with factories.
• Support customers and factories and resolve production-related issues.
• Negotiate with factories on production, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Build strong relationships with factory management and key decision-makers.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with customers, factories, and internal teams.
