Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Nhân viên kinh doanh hạt nhựa located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves identifying and approaching potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting plastic resin products to meet sales targets.
Daily activities include preparing quotations, negotiating prices and contract terms, managing order follow-up, and coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery. The employee will also monitor market trends and competitor activities, update customer and sales data in internal systems, and report regularly on performance to the
sales manager. Participation in customer visits, industry events, and internal sales meetings is expected to support business growth.
Qualifications
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in plastics, chemicals, or industrial materials.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with both new and existing clients.
Basic understanding of plastic resins or willingness to learn product characteristics and applications.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow through on sales opportunities.
Comfort using common office software and maintaining accurate sales and customer records.
Relevant vocational school, college, or university education in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City.
