Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executives to join C'est Bon Bakery. This is a unique "player-coach" role for a proven sales professional who is ready to take on a leadership challenge. Initially, you will be responsible for single-handedly driving our B2B sales efforts, from lead generation to closing deals, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Once you have established a successful sales framework and proven your ability to grow our client base, you will be tasked with recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing sales team.
This is a foundational role with a direct path to senior leadership for the candidate who can demonstrate outstanding sales performance and strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1: Sales &
Business Development (Initial Focus)
· Personally drive the entire B2B sales cycle by researching and identifying potential customers, including catering companies, hotels, restaurants, schools, coffee shops, and supermarkets.
· Execute hands-on lead generation, including cold calling and networking, to connect with key decision-makers within Vietnam's F&B industry.
· Schedule and conduct compelling sales presentations and product tastings to prospective clients.
· Negotiate contracts and close agreements to consistently meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking all activities in our CRM system.
· Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and positioning C'est Bon Bakery as their preferred supplier.
Phase 2: Team Building & Leadership (Future Focus)
· Following demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, you will recruit, hire, and onboard a team of Sales Executives.
· Train, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong market presence.
· Set team sales quotas, monitor performance, and provide coaching and performance management as needed.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
· Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with quantifiable achievements in exceeding sales targets. Experience in the food & beverage, hospitality, or wholesale industry is strongly preferred.
· Demonstrated expertise in the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing deals. You must be a "doer" who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with decision-makers at all levels.
· Strong leadership potential or prior experience in mentoring junior
sales staff.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of self-motivation, discipline, and a results-oriented approach.
· Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
· Fluency in Vietnamese is required; professional proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
