I. GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS:
We are lookling for Sales & Import-Export Manager who oversees both the sales and import/export operations of a company, ensuring efficient and compliant international trade activities. They develop and implement strategies for expanding into new markets, managing sales, distribution, and promotion of products or services across borders. They also handle import/export documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement sales strategies for international markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in foreign markets.
• Manage and expand relationships with international clients.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms with international buyers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential markets and customers.
Import/Export Operations:
• Manage the import and export of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including Customs paperwork.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, Customs brokers, and other relevant parties.
• Monitor shipments and resolve any logistical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
• Manage and train import/export staff.
• Monitor and analyze sales and import/export data.
• Report on sales performance and import/export operations.
• Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures related to international trade.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to import/export issues.
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery dates, and product quality.
Report directly to Board of Director
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education:
Bachelor Degree or above on Supply-Chain, Logistics, or similar.
Experiences:
05 year working experience or more in the field or similar field.
Skills or Other requirements:
• Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and negotiate contracts.
• Strong understanding of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in multiple languages can be a significant advantage, English is a must.
• Strong organizational and management skills to oversee import/export operations and manage staff.
