Sales Intern - Cardiac Rhythm Management/ Cardiac Surgery

Objective: We are seeking a talented and motivated intern for a 6-month program with the potential for full-time employment upon completion. This intern will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and driving commercial
excellence projects. We are looking for someone who is eager to take on significant responsibilities and contribute to our strategic initiatives.
Scope of Work:
• Strategic Planning & Implementation: Be actively involved in the strategic planning and implementation of cardiovascular brand and portfolio management.
• Data Analysis & Support: Execute data analysis and assist in the strategic planning process alongside sales leaders, sales representatives, and marketing specialists.
• Commercial Excellence: Monitor the adoption of commercial excellence programs, including sales management and tender tracking using Salesforce (SFDC).
• Project Leadership: Lead corporate cross-functional projects for CRM/CS, including regulatory and customer service initiatives.
Learning Outcomes:
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of business unit strategy and its commercial/financial impact.
• Acquire knowledge of the medical device industry.
• Develop marketing planning and execution skills with a focus on critical thinking.
• Enhance commercial excellence and basic selling skills.
• Obtain basic knowledge in training and education programs and workshop processes.
Internship period: 6 months (starting from September); Full-time (Students can discuss further with Hiring Manager in case they need to take some time-offs for school)
Internship allowance: 4,000,000 VND/ Month
Office location: The Hallmark - 15 Tran Bach Dang Street, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and financial principles.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent presentation and writing skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Adaptability & Independence: Ability to adjust to changes and handle uncertainties in the work environment.

• Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn, retain, and understand technical information.
Responsibilities: Engage in the aforementioned tasks and other project-related duties as assigned.
