• Develop and implement a comprehensive leasing strategy aligned with TTP's new positioning and commercial objectives.
• Lead the "brand curation" to build a balanced, aspirational brand ecosystem of international and high-quality local concepts.
• Actively source, approach, and negotiate with new local and international premium/luxury brands to fill retail spaces.
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle, including lease renewals, re-leasing, and terminations, to optimize revenue and occupancy rates.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the leasing team to achieve performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, prospective brands, retail groups, and third-party agencies.
• Partner closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Design...) to ensure seamless support throughout the leasing lifecycle.
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in retail leasing, mall management, or commercial real estate.
• Proven, essential experience in negotiating with luxury or premium brands.
• Prior experience managing a leasing team or department is required.
• Deep understanding of the luxury retail market and consumer behavior.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and an analytical mindset.
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
