Sales Logistics (Experience 2 - 3 Years) - Base Salary 7M - 30M + monthly bonus based on performance and negotiation (Unlimited salary, negotiable based on capability)
A. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Selling shipping rates for sea and air transport; import-export services, logistics
2. Searching for and developing new customers
3. Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships

1. Seek and build relationships with customers, ensuring monthly sales...
2. Provide consultancy on solutions related to shipping and delivery services, addressing customer inquiries.
3. Prepare quotations, monitor and manage shipments, negotiate terms, and draft contracts based on agreements with clients.
4. Responsible for debt recovery and resolving issues post shipment.
5. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with customers.
6. Plan work activities and report on job performance to the Sales Manager.
7. Monthly report on personal sales activities, customer feedback, and market information.
B.SALARY/POLICY : According to agreement + monthly bonus based on performance and agreement (unlimited income)

REQUIREMENTS FOR CAPACITY / PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
1. Proficiency in English or Chinese (basic/advanced)
2. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields: international economics, maritime transport economics, foreign trade, business administration, marketing
3. Knowledge of import-export operations, Incoterms; proficient in office software.
4. Willingness to travel, enjoy overcoming challenges, and possess a strong desire to work in sales.
5. Preference for candidates with experience in Sales/Customer Service in the logistics and freight forwarding industry. Ability to immediately transfer existing clients from the previous company to the new one to generate revenue. Proactively seek new customers, sell door-to-door domestic services, export-import, and customs clearance.
