Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and propose initiatives to increase market share
Manage, coach, and develop a sales team of more than 10 members
Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing training, and build a results-driven sales culture
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise clients and partners
Lead contract negotiations and oversee post-sales customer satisfaction
Collaborate closely with Product, Technical, and Customer Service teams to ensure solutions are delivered in line with customer expectations and commitments
Proven at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT solutions, system integration, telecommunications, or technology services
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in
sales team leadership and performance management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop sales strategies
Fluency in the English language is a plus
Prior experience in the Vietnam market and understanding of local business practices is a plus
