• Be responsible for delivering the sales activities which achieve the target sales by monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Budgeting and controlling to achieve the company's target
• Set up a sales goal plan, market oriented, product and customer expansion
• Lead, develop and working process to be in line with company direction
• Identify market potential in order to establish new account, achieve sales volume, revenue and profitability goals
• Develop annual sales forecasts and prepare monthly analyses and reports that monitor and analyze sales activity and market trends
• Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost
• Customer management & development
• Ensuring the successful implementation of major tasks in managing Distributors/Whole or Retail Customers (delivery, warehouse, inventory management, equipment, reporting systems ...)
• Regular presence in the market for understanding and solving customer needs through the search for opportunity and give support proposals for
business development• Search, propose new distributor recruitment, periodically evaluate Distributors/Whole or Retail Customers capacity, propose termination of contract with Distributor following regulation & procedure of the company
• Other tasks assigned by the Superior.
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field
• Male/ Female
• At least 5-year experience in sales management, tissue field, FMCG, focusing on dealer or B2B, OOH, Horeca would be a plus
• Good analytical skills, systematic, logical and strategic thinking
• Good presentation skills and good inter-personal skills
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Can work under pressure
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work with various individuals and groups inside and outside the company progressing towards a common goal
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experienced in dealing with hospitalities and Hi-end customers is a plus.
