Mô tả công việc
- Develop business strategies for the cardiovascular product portfolio.
- Implement and oversee business plans to ensure sales targets and growth objectives are consistently achieved.
- Take full ownership of the product line's P&L, including revenue, cost management, and inventory control.
- Lead and coordinate all tender activities and negotiate commercial contracts with hospitals, partners, and distributors.
- Ensure all business operations are compliant with legal regulations and internal company policies.
- Monitor receivables and drive timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize product availability while minimizing overstock.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen product branding and enhance the company's image in the cardiovascular segment.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field, with cardiovascular products.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital operations, tendering procedures, and implementation of medical products.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align strategies with internal capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
