Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets for data center infrastructure products and solutions (power, cooling, racks, monitoring, etc.).
• New
Business Development: Identify and approach potential Vietnam datacenter
developers. Establish initial contacts, qualify leads, and convert them into active customers.
• Account Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (CXOs, CIOs, planning specialist, purchase team). Ensure long-term account retention and expansion.
• Solution-Oriented Selling: Understand customer pain points in data center planning and operation. Propose customized data center and edge infrastructure solutions to address those needs.
• Bid & Negotiation Management: Lead the full sales cycle including proposals, contract terms, pricing negotiations, and deal closure. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet both customer requirements and company margin goals.
• Market & Customer Intelligence: Monitor industry trends in telecom and colocation data center trends. Gather intelligence on competitor activity, new projects, and technology trends to feed into product and go-to-market strategy.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with pre
sales engineers, technical consultants, channel partners, and regional product teams to ensure seamless customer experience from design consultation to post-sales support.
• Reporting & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer activity reports, and CRM update. Provide regular updates on key accounts and pipeline status to management.
