Mô tả công việc
• Present, promote and sell products/ services to potential customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Continuously improve through feedback

Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• University degree or equivalent
• Above 5 years of experience with documented sales record
• Experience of freight forwarding and logistics industry
• Excellent negotiation techniques
• Good sales techniques; concept sales, customer psychology and purchasing patterns
• Good management skills
• Fluent in local language, comfortable in English
• Excellent presentation techniques
• Good computer skills, familitary with Microsoft office, etc.
• Must have at least 5 years of sales for freight forwarding and logistics industry

• Ability to communicate clearly to the international organisation and to customers on all levels
• High personal integrity
