Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Garment, 3500 USD, ID20045)
Lead and manage the Sales Team to achieve optimal performance and meet business objectives.
Assign tasks based on team strengths, monitor progress, and evaluate performance against sales targets and KPIs.
Provide regular reports on team results and key metrics to senior management.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in assigned markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the main point of contact.
Handle inquiries, promote new products, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular visits and follow-ups.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Collaborate with customers on product development to ensure cost efficiency and production feasibility.
Oversee sample development, costing accuracy, and pricing strategies to maintain profitability.
Manage contract negotiations and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
Coordinate closely with merchandising and
purchasing teams for production planning and ERP updates.
Identify and mitigate risks related to quality, capacity, and delivery timelines.
Support recruitment, training, and mentoring of Sales Team members.
Continuously assess and improve team capabilities, fostering a high-performance culture.
Prepare sales reports, market insights, and business plans.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies, policies, and process improvements.
Provide cross-team support when needed and perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirement
Male/Femail, Under 48 years old
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or
Account Manager in the garment industry
Solid knowledge of the textile and garment industry
Proficient in English
