We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager at Meliá Ba Vì Mountain Retreat. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of our esteemed resort and be an integral part of our dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the DOS to achieve revenue goals and sales targets.
Assist in the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of Meliá Ba Vì Mountain Retreat.
Work closely with the events team to coordinate and facilitate group bookings and special events.
Provide support in day-to-day sales operations and strategic planning.
Yêu cầu
Degree in Sales/Business Administration/Hospitality or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Passion for sales and a customer-service mindset.
Able to conduct on-site visits as needed.
