1. Sales Planning & Execution
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, GP, and market coverage targets.
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Drive sales strategies aligned with market and brand trends.
2. Customer &
Business DevelopmentManage and expand relationships with key accounts, distributors, and resellers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to maximize profitability.
Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
3. Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Set KPIs and evaluate individual/team performance regularly.
Build strong sales capabilities and product knowledge within the team.
4. Cross-functional Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Monitor inventory, pricing, and product performance to optimize sales results.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
5-8 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience in ICT / B2B / distribution preferred.
Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Monthly Gross Salary: Competitive, depending on experience and performance.
