- Coordinate with concern person(s) to set up dealer sales operation policy
- Coordinate with concern person(s) to develop Dealer sales team and performance
- Manage dealer order for making sales plan
- Ensuring that the order and delivery process runs smoothly
- Summary company sales report
- Summary dealer sales & sales activity report
- Responsible for sales training
- Identify opportunities for corporate sales/direct customers and liaison with dealers and monitor them to close the sales
- Interaction with all internal divisions (After Sales, Marketing, Finance) of company.
- Manage Dealer Customer Relation Management (CRM) result
- Fully responsible for the sales team and their performance
- Maintaining database of customers and interested parties
- Identify candidates for new dealer development and monitor the setup of new dealers
- Demonstrates use of agricultural equipment, machine or any other agricultural products of the company.
- Recommends changes in customer use of agricultural products to improve production or the operation cost.
- Be familiar with all type of equipment of the company and how it operates.
