Due to our fast international expansion, we are seeking a Sales Manager for the Sales branch in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam where we support mainly Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology manufacturers and the major FMCG of the country.
The candidate should have experience managing sales teams and ideally having experience in selling industrial B2B products or process equipment to end users, OEM and Engineering firms on these fields.
The main tasks and responsibilities for this role are listed below:
• Client acquisition, actively prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive sales growth.
• Coordinate and supervise the activity of the sales team in terms of commercial efforts made, results obtained, follow-up, and sales plans.
• Frequently visit the key accounts and the Hanoi Branch.
• Be present at the fairs, and the delegation's sales team will attend when necessary.
• Always give support and advice to the
sales staff of the delegation. Specially on negotiations of important customer or if there are any problems.
• Take an active role in the practical training of new commercial staff when necessary.
• Carry out the annual performance evaluation for the delegation's commercial personnel.
• Development of the entire sales process for the assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients, especially those focused on biotech and pharma.
• Transfer all commercial efforts to CRM software.
• Provide information to the R&D Department on the needs of the market in terms of products marketed and in terms of new products according to customer needs.
• Other commercial supervision and coordination tasks.
