Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Sales Manager ( Industrial Machinery, $1000++, ID19975):
Business Development
Proactively identify and engage potential industrial clients across Vietnam
Expand business opportunities with international partners (Japanese, European, North American, and global OEMs)
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Client Engagement
Gain a clear understanding of client structures, including procurement, engineering, and key decision-makers
Independently initiate contact and lead initial client discussions
Collaborate with internal technical teams to support client meetings when necessary
Sales & Project Development
Generate RFQs in line with the company's manufacturing capabilities
Work closely with engineering and project management teams on cost estimation
Develop and present both commercial and technical proposals
Conduct negotiations and successfully close deals
Networking & Market Presence
Establish and strengthen relationships through:
o Business chambers (e.g., JCCI, EuroCham)
o Industry networks, trade events, and exhibitions
Project Follow-up
Oversee commercial follow-up throughout project execution
Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
Requirement
Gender: Male, under 45 years old
Graduated in Engineering, Technology or Business
Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical/machinery sales or B2B technical sales position.
Good at English.
