- Responsible for managing, supervising, and guiding the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Manage business activities, plan and implement sales programs.
- Take accountability for sales targets and ensure sales profitability.
- Prepare contracts and confirm purchase orders.
- Attract new customers and establish long-term relationships to maximize profitability.
Yêu cầu
• Strong network with corporate clients across industries.
• Experience in working with C-level executives.
• Excellent skills in proposal building, pitching, presenting, and negotiating.
• Consulting mindset with the ability to nurture client relationships long-term.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; experience working with international clients (US, EU, AU markets).
• Mature, patient, and professional personality.
