Today, as a strategic subsidiary of Miroku Jyoho Service Co., Ltd. (MJS), a Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed ERP and accounting solutions provider, we are entering an exciting new phase of accelerated growth. Backed by MJS's global expertise and resources, we are expanding our reach across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
■ Position Overview
We are seeking a Japan Desk (Japanese Accounts) Manager to lead
business development targeting Japanese corporate clients across the ASEAN region. You will drive new business opportunities across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and beyond - building a regional channel and solution partner network while working in close alignment with our parent company to capture inbound opportunities originating from Japan.
■ Key Responsibilities
Japanese Account Lead Generation: Lead generation and outbound outreach to Japanese companies across ASEAN. Build a consistent pipeline through active networking within Japanese business communities such as chambers of commerce and industry associations, organizing seminars and participating in events, and leveraging personal networks.
Channel & Partner Development: Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage channel partners (resellers/dealers) across ASEAN countries. Design and develop a formal partner program including incentive structures and training curricula. Strengthen existing partner relationships and drive joint go-to-market activities to achieve sales targets.
Solution Partner Development: Identify and engage solution partners with complementary offerings aligned to Synergix's portfolio. Develop co-selling and cross-referral frameworks to expand market reach and enhance value delivered to customers.
HQ Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the parent company's sales team to identify and advance inbound opportunities from Japan into ASEAN markets. Establish regular reporting and communication cadences to maximize group-wide sales synergy.
Requirement
■ Requirements (Must Have)
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT solutions, SaaS, or ERP
Proven track record in sales or business development targeting Japanese companies or the Japanese market
Business experience in ASEAN and an existing network within Japanese business communities across the region
Language Skills:
Japanese: Native level (Essential for client-facing sales and communication with MJS HQ)
English: Business level (Essential for internal communication and proposal writing)
■ Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience building and managing partner programs
Sales experience in ERP, enterprise software, or solutions for manufacturing, distribution, or construction industries
