* The role
- We are looking for a Sales Manager for the Modern Trade (MT) channel to manage and develop major retail systems in the Southern region. This is a great opportunity for those passionate about the premium FMCG sector, with the ability to create effective business strategies and contribute to the company's long-term growth. Strong leadership skills, the ability to build relationships, and optimize business operations.
* What You'll Do:
* Managing the MT channel:
- Build, maintain, and expand strategic relationships with key retail partners such as supermarkets and major retail chains in the Southern region.
- Negotiate, sign, and implement commercial contracts with partners.
* Business development:
- Ensure sales targets, market share growth, and key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and product display initiatives at retail points to boost sales.
* Team management:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support the sales team in the region.
- Drive team performance and foster professional development within the group.
* Analysis and reporting:
- Monitor, analyze business data, and prepare regular reports on sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Propose strategic solutions to enhance business outcomes

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in managing the Modern Trade channel, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Southern retail market and key MT partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and team management abilities.
- Confident, independent, and good at time management.
- Willingness to work remotely and travel as required.
