Objectives of this role
● Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
● Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
● Lead, train, motivate a team of sales representatives
● Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
● Develop skills continuously for training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
● Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships

● Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base
● Meet potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
● Set objectives, train and coach the sales team, and monitor their performance
● Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
● Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
● Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

Yêu cầu
Required skills and qualifications
● Five or more years of experience in sales development in Hospitality, Wedding, Spa, F&B, Service, [protected info] at least 2 years of management experience
● Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
● Superb leadership ability
Preferred skills and qualifications
● Respect for others
● Driven to achieve goals
● Flexibility - able to lead effectively within an environment of ambiguity
● Team working - able to work effectively as part of a team whilst encouraging and fostering teamwork; open to others ideas and input
Salary & Benefits
● Base salary: $1000
● 20 days of paid leave and 10 days of paid sick leave per year.
● 13th month salary.
● Social Insurance after 2 months probation.
● Meal allowance: 30,000 VND per working day.
● 100,000 VND phone bill reimbursement.
● 20% discount on company products.
● 50% staff discount on all drinks for your personal consumption.
● Sales incentive
