As the Sales Manager at a leading garment accessories manufacturer and supplier in the Vietnam-Japan arena.
You will oversee and drive the sales strategy to expand its market presence in Vietnam.
This role requires a dynamic, results-driven professional to build and manage sales pipelines, foster key client relationships, and lead a sales team effectively.
You are expected to become a trusted advisor to clients, promoting high-quality flexible materials such as elastic webbing, labels, buttons, and OEM garment solutions. Your leadership will ensure consistent business growth, exceptional customer satisfaction, and alignment with the company's mission to supply precision-manufactured apparel components across global markets.
■Job Detail
- Develop new clients and build strong relationships with existing customers. (Handle the business with UNIQLO / GU)
- Sales, merchandising, and face-to-face negotiations for UNIQLO factories. (visiting factories around Ho Chi Minh City 2-3 times per week)
- Oversee the overall status of UNIQLO transactions as the leader of the development and production management teams.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage, guide, and train team members.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to drive projects forward.
- Understand and analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Prepare reports related to sales activities and customer interactions.
- Other related tasks.
