Mô tả công việc
-Manage all sales channels (Modern Trade/GT/E-commerce).
-Responsible for listing products into Super/Hyper/CVS.
-Participating in the development of Key Account Strategy, trading contract & conditions, business planning and progress monitoring.
-Setting up sales KPIs and sales plan for all channels (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly).
-To build up and maintain good relationships with customers (Super/Hyper/CVS).
-Responsible for the sales target, stock, money/ cash, and goods at the store.
-Responsible in the development of Key Account/GT marketing plan, merchandising promotion and other activities.
-Accomplish marketing objectives by implementing trade promotion programs as well as evaluating the efficient of those trade promotion programs.
-Utilize appropriate point-of-purchase materials.
-Ensure that the merchandising campaigns are executed effectively in order to increase the visibility of products at the store.

Yêu cầu công việc
-Education: Bachelor degree or higher level in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
-Experience: At least 8-year experience in sales especially in Modern Trade or related industries and at least 3 years in manager level.
-Good command of English.
-Computer skill: Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint
Willing to travel for short business trips if necessary.
