Objective of the position
Develop SDA Bosch business in Vietnam and achieve KPI targets defined by the company ( T/O and profitability)
Key account management with the existing/new key partners for SDA.
Acquiring new partners ( Retailers and wholesalers) and increasing our distribution and the geographical coverage in the country.
Develop new channels and partnerships for SDA and look for growth opportunities.
Ensure a deep analysis of sell out data and take the necessary corrective actions for positive developments.
Manage sellout tools - bonus schemes, sales promotions, promoters.
Responsibility:
• Regular reporting on the
business development for CP, opportunities, turnover development per customer/ city/ region. Define Short/Mid/Long term plans.
• Regular reporting on the business development
for CP and opportunities. Coordinate sales actions with the entire sales team.
• Coordinate customer's orders, payments, and delivery plans.
• Plan together with marketing team the marketing activities and the implementation of each action in relation with sales development and market needs.
• Discuss right range for the market/ Coordinate the products plans and the requests of the markets/customers
• Discuss the right pricing for our line up taking into consideration the competition in each market and our profitability
• Inform about the potential of each customer and his financial capacities. In addition to supporting them with specific documents to set the right credit limit which help to improve the achivement of our turnover targets
• Inform about payments issues with the distributors or finding new ways to secure our payments.
• Forecast topics, stock, product availability, Planned deliveries
• Installation & Complaint Management
• Develop joint strategy to achieve business objectives and build a substainable win-win relationship
• Manage the daily communication needs of the partners/ Set the annual business plan and ensure its execution
• To spot new opportunities with other potential accounts
• Carry out markets, dealers and distributors visits.
• Sell in /Sell out discusion and feedback collection from the field, problem solving, customer relationship
